Overview of Myanmar labour laws, industrial relations, social dialogue and managing across cultures.

Developed via a unique cooperation between SMART Myanmar, the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) and the China National Textile and Apparel Council, this 2-day workshop on October 18th and 19th will be conducted in Chinese Mandarin and is designed to give Directors and Managers of Chinese factories operating in the Myanmar garment and footwear industry a broad overview of how to successfully begin dialogue and cooperation with workers and trade unions.

This workshop is open to Chinese Mandarin speakers and participation is limited to three persons per company. The workshop is free for suppliers to ETI members.
