On September 24th & 25th SMART Myanmar's HR Management consultancy team will conduct another workshop on Effective Workplace Communications & Social Dialogue, part of our SMART Management Systems Lab Series, our goal with this module is to familiarize middle and top HR management staff from garment, textile and footwear industries on effective strategies for workplace communications, and in particular recommendations for pro-active engagement with trade unions.

This workshop will be taught in Myanmar language with presentation slides in English. A similar module "Social Dialogue and Managing Across Cultures" will be taught in Mandarin language in October.
