The purpose of this 2-day training module is to provide deeper understanding on labour laws and regulations, to ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees, to maintain and nurture healthy workplace relations within a productive workforce able to resolve conflicts, and in general to foster a culture of legal compliance and respect for basic labour rights.
