This workshop aims to enhance knowledge about social compliance requirements and guide factory staff on implementation. Effective social compliance systems boost employee satisfaction, positively influencing their work performance. Functional workplace communications between employees and employer are also an important part of effective social compliance within a factory setting. Good social compliance systems can reduce misunderstandings and labour disputes, as well as reducing and mitigating risks for workplace accidents.

To promote effective learning and lesson retention, this training includes awareness sessions, group discussions, role-play activities and chances for Q&A. A sharing of experiences from participant factories is also part of the learning process.
