SMART Myanmar will again be hosting a workshop on "Human Resources Management Level 2" on July 30th and 31st. As part of the SMART Management Systems Lab Series, this 2-day workshop is designed especially for garment factory HR, social compliance and administrative staff, although GMs and top management are also welcome and often attend. The workshop covers to enhance the effective communication skills to avoid misunderstanding and conflict, the knowledge of complete and effective communications mechanisms in order to build trust and understanding among the workforce as well as how to implement crucial & effective workplace dialogue to reduce and handle the labor dispute. SMART's HR and social compliance team, will be hosting this workshop at Jasmine Palace Hotel, No.(341), Pyay Road, Sanchaung Township, Yangon.
SMART Myanmar's experienced trainers and technical experts have conducted factory assessments and consultancy projects with over 120 garment, textile and footwear factories in Myanmar. Participants participating in all 2-days of the workshop will receive a certificate of completion for the workshop.
This workshop is taught in Engish and Myanmar language, with simultaneous interpretation. The workshop participation fee is 100,000 MMK per participant (all-inclusive fee for all 2 days, includes lunch). Participants from factories currently or previously enrolled in SMART's long-duration on-site programmes can request a 50% discount (50,000 MMK only).
