Social dialogue and effective grievance mechanisms (Batch 3)

This training aims to implement effective social dialogue in the workplace and provide insights into handling grievances at the factory level which ensures legal requirements and recommended best practices. Additionally, it focuses on enhancing participant's soft skills including negotiation and problem solving skills and strengthening their understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the Workplace Coordinating Committee (WCC).
